St Augustn’s Priory

St Augustine’s Priory, Ealing’s top performing Catholic girls’ school is a visionary school.

Since 1634 this school has shown the courage and appetite to tackle everything which life throws at us.

Our founding story is inspirational – it tells of the ability to be agile, to adapt to rapidly changing times with integrity and grace. As a Catholic school our faith matters to us because our world is yearning for people who can use their voices for others. Students of all faiths are actively welcomed and we all learn from each other through dialogue, respect and active listening. Students leave us rooted in values which make them effective in their personal and professional lives.

Much use is made of our exceptional outdoor space – for bespoke outdoor classrooms, the farm, the outdoor stage. All of our pupils benefit from our 13 acres with an unrivalled freedom to enjoy growing up. They are all learning how to cherish and care for our common home.

An outstanding education for the future – or what many people are styling Education 4.0 hinges on self-confidence, collaborative skills, emotional intelligence and self- awareness. All of these skills are embedded in our way of proceeding at St Augustine’s Priory.  Our girls go on to the best universities in the world. From Oxford, Cambridge and Imperial College to other world-class universities such as Durham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Exeter and King’s College London.

Please let us know if you can join one of our Open Events by completing this online form. The tangible happiness in our lovely school is proof that while we are living in troubled times and we have been precipitated into the 4.0 Industrial revolution at a greater speed than we could have thought possible, we are not living in a dystopia as some people would have us believe. We are simply human beings working together to ensure that we equip our children with everything they need to create a future where they are the change makers. As St Augustine said:

“Hope has two beautiful daughters; their names are Anger and Courage. Anger at the way things are, and Courage to see that they do not remain as they are”
